Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Proactively ensuring customer satisfaction by anticipating and addressing needs
Processing customer orders and preparing invoices
Updating and managing orders to reflect project or quote changes
Coordinating shipments to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries
Validating pricing, product selections, and shipping details
Managing multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency

What You Bring

1–2 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Spanish is an advantage, but not a requirement
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Quick learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Able to manage competing deadlines and perform under pressure
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
High school diploma or post-secondary education
