Junior Credit Clerk

The Company
Amico Corporation is a fast-growing global company and leading manufacturer of Medical Equipment, located in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Process customer credit applications and credit extensions
Analyze and assess the creditworthiness of clients
Create, organize and maintain customer records and documents
Monitor, follow up and report customers’ payment status, payment history and credit usage
Perform other daily tasks as required

Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or related fields in Canada
Post-Secondary degree or diploma in finance, accounting or other related fields is preferred
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization skills and the ability to multi-task
Strong ability to research and analyze information, including financial data
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a calm and confident manner
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to establish and maintain good client/customer relationships at all levels
Strong computer skills with competence in Microsoft Office products
