Administrative Assistant
Amico Corporation is seeking a self-motivated, organized and highly detail-oriented individual for an Administrative Assistant role supporting the IT department. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to work in collaboration with multiple departments across the organization. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, have a strong work ethic, and possess fluency in both oral and written expression in English, as well as the self-confidence to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the company.
As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will vary and will include:

Updating employee records in internal systems to track company‑issued hardware

Monitoring project requirements and supporting ongoing initiatives within the Hardware Department

Serving as the primary point of contact between management, internal teams, and external partners

Overseeing the department’s inventory of office supplies and equipment, including tracking maintenance needs

Assisting with ordering equipment and supplies, including items required for onboarding new employees
-
Preparing and distributing correspondence such as emails, memos, and letters
-
Submitting expense reports with accurate cost allocations; processing purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation

Supporting senior leadership with new projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines are met

Performing other administrative duties as needed
This role often involves supporting multiple projects at once. Your responsibilities may expand based on your skills, interests, and initiative.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Range: $40K - 47K
