What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively ensuring customer satisfaction by anticipating and addressing needs
  • Processing customer orders and preparing invoices
  • Updating and managing orders to reflect project or quote changes
  • Coordinating shipments to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries
  • Validating pricing, product selections, and shipping details
  • Managing multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency

What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Quick learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to manage competing deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or post-secondary education

Salary Range: $38,000 - $42,000
