Regional Sales Manager

Fast growing medical equipment company looking for sales professionals with less than ten years of experience.
The successful candidate will work in a tight knit sales team who are influential in the growth and direction of our organization. The sales team’s feedback directly impacts the product and service offerings of our organization in a highly competitive, fast-paced, continuously changing environment. We are in an explosive and high growth area and as a result, you will have the opportunity to really grow personally and professionally as we continue to build our brand in the medical market.
You will be given the freedom to make your own decisions to accomplish the corporate objectives and will need to run your territory as your own business.
Training will be hands on, with mentorship by the senior members of the sales team, however you will be ultimately responsible for your own development and learning.
You will need to have confidence to make decisions and perform presentations while learning on the job.
Your income will be uncapped, a combination of salary, commission and bonus.

Here is what we are looking for in a candidate:
· 1-2 years business to business sales experience
· College or University education is preferred
· Professional Sales training preferred

· Strong administrative skills when filling out various Requests for Proposals
Responsibilities will include:
· Working out of our Richmond Hill office, the successful candidate will manage a geographical territory
· Selling OR Lights, Pendants and Patient Lifts directly to Doctors, Surgeons, Hospital Executives, Equipment Planners and Clinical Staff
· Growing revenues from an existing base of clients and expanding into new accounts
· Prospecting to generate and qualify leads
· Consulting with clients to custom design the right solution for their application
