Amico Corporation is looking for a self-motivated, dedicated and highly disciplined person for a position as a Jr. Administration & Scheduling Assistant. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, possess good communication skills (fluent in spoken and written English), with a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
- Problem solving ability and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook; Excel, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
