Amico's surgical luminaires are designed to provide perimeter lighting in the operating room theater to support clinicians with visual acuity during advanced surgical procedures. Our Solar Series Surgical Luminaires offer additional flexibility and can be used with Green and White LED combinations to reduce glare on monitors and prevent eye strain during lengthy surgical procedures. For added convenience, all surgical fixtures offer dimming and zoned lighting options.

All of our behavioral solutions are specifically engineered to mitigate patient health risks by ensuring all fixtures are designed with the necessary precautions to ensure patient safety. These precautions include an anti-ligature design, Torx screw fasteners, and a tamper-proof polycarbonate lens. The Cleanroom environment is a highly controlled environment that is designed to reduce contamination by filtering out pollutants like dust, airborne microbes, and aerosol particles to maintain a high degree of cleanliness.  To keep up with the rigorous demands of the Cleanroom environment, Amico offers recessed Cleanroom fixtures with both ISO3 and ISO4 ratings in a lower-profile design to accommodate for limited ceiling space. Our Cleanroom fixtures come in various color temperatures, CRI's, and lumen outputs to support users with proper illumination for safe and effective operations within the controlled environment. Long-lasting LEDs provide higher energy efficiency and ensure fixtures are low maintenance. Additional LED options include Amber and Red LEDs for photosensitive processes where photochemically sensitive materials are used or manufactured.  Amico's Cleanroom fixtures come with ingress protection and offer various IP ratings and NSF listings for further infection control purposes.

Cleanroom

Amico iCE Series Booms are 100% customizable in size, med-gas outlets, integrated accessories, and blank panels for future upgrading. A 340° turn of consoles allows for complete flexibility that adapts any room to the patient. The design promotes exceptional infection control with discrete cable management and a seamless top cap. The intuitive electric braking system, which comes with a backup friction brake, ensures clinical staff can effortlessly maneuver the console at all times. A concealed hinged backdoor allows for easy maintenance and servicing.

Full customization in size, med-gas outlets, integrated accessories, and blank panels for future upgrades, while providing flexibility and adaptability to any room.

The patented Amico Patient Lift Pendant (PLP) is a revolutionary innovation that focuses on patient safety, clinician safety, and room flexibility. Clinicians are able to reposition and transfer patients in and out of bed without the need for manual labour while saving valuable space and time. The Patient Lift Pendant (PLP) eliminates the need to install tracks in the ceiling by integrating the GoLift track into the standard or reverse configuration of the iCE Series pendant systems. This results in only one single structure installed into the ceiling, increasing ceiling real estate and allowing other medical equipment to be installed. Additionally, the GoLift is always charging and ready for use due to the direct power from the iCE Series. The PLP can hold up to 700 lbs (318 kg) with a single GoLift, or 1000 lbs (454 kg) with two GoLift 700 systems. Lastly, the PLP allows for a fully functional console on both sides of the patient, as it has 340° coverage around the patient bed.

Patient Lift Pendant (PLP)

The PLP eliminates the need to install track systems in the ceiling and allows for a fully functional console on both sides of the user. The PLP track allows for continuous charge of the GoLift anywhere along the system.

The iCE Series Saturn Boom is an individual console that is directly connected to the ceiling with either a fixed or rotating (340°) console. The iCE Series Saturn Boom can meet the needs of various areas of work such as critical care, trauma, operating room, and emergency department. The consoles are 100% customizable in size, colour, gases, outlets, and accessories depending on your unique clinical needs. The iCE Series Saturn Booms are available from 20-inch to 60-inch consoles.

Saturn Boom

Customizable Anesthesia Booms have a console rotation of 340°, are ceiling supply units that save space, create a more orderly working environment, and increase workflow efficiency. By keeping cables, devices, and medical gas lines off the floor, Anesthesia Booms ensure better access to the patient, a more flexible room configuration, and provide a safer working environment for hospital staff.

Anesthesia Boom

The Equipment Transport System (ETS) is designed for easy transportation of operative equipment near a patient with minimal staff assistance. The system is designed for simple attachment to booms, roll stands and various types of beds. The system allows for easy transport of the patient throughout the hospital, across elevator thresholds and around hallway corners. Additionally, the implementation of Amico's ETS eliminates the need for staff lifting to transfer IV pumps.
