The ability to install sensors directly inside the Single Valve Box eliminates the need for prolonged, complex maintenance, as well as the search for absent sensors. The Letter “L” Defines the Langauge:

U = English (NFPA)

E = English (ISO)

S = Spanish (NFPA)

F = French (CSA/ISO)


The “N” Defines the # of Valves:

1 = 1 Valves


Replace “XX” with the Valve Size Required:

1/2" = 05

3/4" = 07

1" = 10

1-1/4" = 12

1-1/2" = 15

2" = 20F

2-1/2" = 25

3" = 30


The “G” Defines the Gas:

O = Oxygen

A = Medical Air

V = MedVac

2 = Nitrous Oxide

N = Nitrogen

C = Carbon Dioxide



I = Instrument Air



All valves are full port.

The power supply will require 1 gang per box.

Example: English, 1 valve, 1/2" [1.3 cm] Oxygen will be in a 2 gang box. AVCU1-05O.


The 1-1/2" [3.8 cm] valve will have an empty space above the valve.

Example: A box with 1-1/2" [3.8 cm] Medical Vacuum and a power supply, will require a 3 gang box not 2 gang.

The circuit board shall be positioned above the valve. Refer to 1/2" and 1-1/2" [1.3 cm and 3.8 cm] assembly drawing.


The 2" [5.1 cm] valve will be assembled in a 6-1/2" [16.5 cm] deep box.

The 2" [5.1 cm] valve shall be positioned on the bottom of the assembly, with the power supply above the valve.

The 2-1/2" [6.4 cm] and 3" [7.6 cm] valve assembly will be assembled in a 15-1/2" [39.4 cm] wide x 6-1/2" [16.5 cm] deep box. With the valve positioned on the bottom and the power supply on top. Refer to the 2-1/2" [6.4 cm] and 3" [7.6 cm] assembly drawing.
