Open Position: Tech Support Manager

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and oversee team to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Organize calls, ensure customers are following-up
  • Provide customer service by supporting customers
  • Pre and Post Sale Customer Interaction
  • Issue resolution
  • Organize e-mails
  • Make decisions on warranty items

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Degree in Engineering, or either a mechanical / technical / electrical diploma
  • Three to five years’ experience in management, or an industrial position
  • Knowledge and experience in Industrial pumps and compressors, an asset
  • Must have a mechanical mindset
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
