Education: Completion of University/College Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.)

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service

Work Setting: Private Sector

Skill Requirements:

  • Pleasant telephone demeanor
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and XP
  • Business Vision experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills & organizational skills (Verbal and written)
  • Able to work independently

Job Description:

  • Quoting, order entry, post-sale customer interaction, admin & accounting duties
  • You will be the point of contact for customers looking parts on our equipment
  • Providing customer with requested info
  • Input and process product orders through Business Vision
  • Use of product knowledge skills to recommend products to customer
  • Check with inventory for stock availability and lead times from vendors on parts
