CSA Scroll Compressors

The quadruplex modular stacking configuration consists of two compressors mounted on top of one another on both sides of the receiver tank. This modular or field separable design allows for ease of shipment and handling on site.

Control Panel

Manual reset for all alarms
All control and alarm functions shall remain energized while any pump in the system remains electrically online
Ethernet connectivity with embedded webpage for remote monitoring, password protected for remote adjustment of all operating parameters

Air Compressor

Belt driven Oil-Less Rotary Scroll, single stage, air-cooled construction with absolutely no oil needed for operation (Available in 120 or 145 psi application)
A-Frame, stackable scroll allowing two pumps to run simultaneously with smaller footprint allowing for compact design
3,600 RPM, premium efficiency motor

Air Receiver

ASME certified with CRN Registration
Air receiver shall be rated for a minimum of 1378 kPa design pressure (200 psi)
Inside and outside of the receiver consists of galvanized steel
Three-valve bypass for service or replacement without interruption to the system

Dryer/Filter/Regulator System

Integral air treatment system with purge saving feature, CAN/CSA Z7396.1-09 compliant assembly featuring dual desiccant air dryers, dual pre-filters, activated carbon filters, pressure regulator valves, dew point monitor, CO monitor and system safety valves
Completely pre-piped and pre-wired to single point service connections for easy installation

Each bank consists of four stages:

Stage 1: Prime efficiency coalescer with filtered, differential pressure gauge and electric solenoid auto drain valve
Stage 2: Heatless desiccant air dryer, equipped with purge control capable of attaining pressure dew point of -40ºC. The dry compressed air is discharged from the “online” tower into the 3rd stage
Stage 3: Prime efficiency particulate after filter with differential manual drain along with downstream pressure regulators that will maintain constant discharge pressure of 350 kPa (field adjustable)
Stage 4: An activated carbon final filter shall be installed upstream of the line pressure regulators to remove volatile organic compounds and reduce odor levels
