Amico Corporation's Architectural division is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a sales capacity, as their main role will be to manage a team of distributors and interact directly with end users to assist in closing business. The Sales Manager will provide strategic direction, business planning, and implement measures to ensure the success of projects; meet and exceed the expected monthly sales targets; and contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales/training.

   
  Qualifications:

 Proven sales experience
Strong leadership and management acumen
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to motivate groups
Self-motivated, dedicated and highly disciplined team player
Ability to travel extensively (to the US)
